Cahoon Ledges

The Krueger Group was the developer and builder of Cahoon Ledges, a 22-cluster home community in Bay Village, Ohio. Located just steps away from Bay’s main shopping center and constructed along a 615-foot-long stretch of the Cahoon Creek, the 6.5 acres of land was the former home of the Zipp Manufacturing Company.

Taking our cues from the overall market needs, the mix of ranches and 2-story residences that were offered were carefully designed to cater to the empty nester who was looking to stay in the area but couldn’t find the great quality housing that comes with new construction.

Started in earnest in the early 2000’s and completed in 2015, the first 6 homes delivered were built along with Cahoon Creek and included full walk out basements that opened up to private patios.  Upon completion, the only cluster home development in Bay Village looks like it has always been there; secluded from W. Oviatt Rd. behind mature pine trees, the concrete drives give way to colorful landscaping and ample green space.

Although each home was customized for each homeowner, common high-end features include:

  • Custom cabinetry
  • Granite countertops
  • Vaulted ceilings
  • 6” exterior walls
  • Architectural shingles
  • 2-car garages
  • Concrete driveways.

With great pride, we truly feel like we were able to properly serve the very need of the Bay Village community while giving the homeowner the broad range of options that make each home unique.
