Community West Foundation

Before moving into their new office, the Community West Foundation was executing their mission from a small office in the Parkwest building in the Westgate Towers office park in Rocky River.  For their new headquarters, The Krueger Group worked as design/builder for the 3,450 square feet addition on the Youth Challenge facility.  As an agency that Community West has supported for several years, Youth Challenge was eager to embrace them with open arms.

The finished product represents a testament to Community West’s commitment to the very communities and agencies that they support while providing them with much needed space to grow and continue to expand their services.  With understated finishes, the office perfectly captures their mission and aesthetic while meeting their needs for efficiency and growth.

Features of the new office include:

  • Conference room
  • Kitchenette
  • (7) offices.

Exterior features include:

  • 9 car concrete parking lot with monument sign at entrance.
  • 6” exterior walls filled with premium insulation to mitigate the highway traffic noise.
  • 15’ high painted Hardieplank lap siding on top of a jumbo brick masonry wainscot with sandstone sill exterior.
  • High visibility along I-90.
  • 9’ high storefront window systems at east elevation to capture the morning sun.
