Hudson Montessori School

With a growing enrollment and an overall demand for additional space to meet current programming and satisfy the need for larger classrooms, Hudson Montessori school purchased a neighboring 2,200 square feet residence.

Serving as Design/Builder, The Krueger Group promptly renovated the former residence to include a commercial kitchen, additional classroom space, storage for landscaping tools, a library and an office. ┬áIn addition to the classroom space, the facility serves as the home to the school’s entrepreneur club, North House Specialties, part of their middle school micro-economy program where students learn the craft of growing, making, marketing and selling their products.

Included in the total building renovation was the improvement of the site utilities, a new 45 square feet main entry and additional pedestrian access was provided for at the north elevation, connecting the building to the main campus.
