Bobby joined The Krueger Group in January 2019 to serve as President.  In reality, he has been a part of the business and its culture since he was old enough to swing a hammer.  With inspiration from his father, Bobby built his own successful career in real estate development with his company Mavrek Development in Chicago after graduating from Notre Dame in 2002. As President of TKG, he now oversees the firm’s strategic direction, staffing, and operations, ensuring the legacy of quality workmanship and people-first culture remain in the forefront.

Watching hard work and dedication manifest into a finished product fuels Bobby daily. He knows the value of exceeding his clients’ and partners’ expectations, and holds himself to that standard in his communication, planning, and project delivery.  During his 18 years in the industry he’s felt fortunate to work on some creative renovations, including a 100,000 sq. ft. adaptive reuse building in Lincoln Park, Chicago, and converting a former auto-body shop into a single-family home.  He also developed an impressive rental portfolio through both ground-up builds and gut renovations.

Bobby spends his time outside work with his wife and 3 young children, who give him constant support and inspiration.  When he has time to squeeze in a round of golf he certainly will.  You can find him cheering on his Cleveland Indians, and of course, he still has love for the Fighting Irish of Notre Dame.
