Evarts Tremaine

The Krueger Group performed the build-out for Evarts Tremaine, a boutique insurance firm founded in 1844 that is based in Cleveland, Ohio.  Previously known as Evarts Tremaine Flicker, the new office space presented an opportunity to re-brand the company name and image with new elements being incorporated throughout the space.  The result is an office that is equal parts modern and functional with private offices along the perimeter, a conference and teleconference room, high-end reception finishes and ample room to grow.

Performing a 6,000 square feet tenant build-out within a 600,000+ square feet business complex with a daily population of several thousand in two months is a tall order, especially considering site logistics and stringent building regulations.  In addition to working around the ongoing operations of neighboring companies, the space was located directly above a cellphone company’s routing switches, requiring contractors to be diligent in managing vibration and dust throughout the project.

Having completed ET’s office build-out over 15 years earlier, The Krueger Group was excited to partner with Evarts Tremaine again in delivering an office space that was cultivated from their collective vision for the future while respecting the historical significance of the firm.
