Hyland Software Building 2

In order to accommodate a growing workforce, Hyland Software purchased the 75,000 square feet former world headquarters of Nordson Corporation to house their product services and accounting team.

With the project designed to correspond with Nordson’s continued day-to-day operations taking place on the second floor while their new building was being constructed next door, The Krueger Group’s services were retained to complete the construction in two phases. For the first phase of construction, the basement and first floor were renovated to include an auxiliary cafeteria, fitness center, and ample workstations and office space. Additionally, 100 parking spaces were added to the existing parking lot.

For the second phase of construction, the buildings lobby was renovated to include a two story monumental steel staircase, and 150 workstations, 15 offices, 5 huddle rooms and a café were added on the second floor. Additionally, group training rooms and audio/visual and recording studios were built in the basement.

Overall, the completed space contains 300+ workstations, 20 offices, and 20 breakout rooms.
