Hyland Software – Child Enrichment Center

As part of Hyland Software’s renown employee benefits is a state licensed, full service onsite care and learning facility for the children of employees.  Consisting of 28,870+ square feet spread out between building’s 1 and 2, the Children Enrichment Center provides care for children ranging from infants to pre-school age.

Over the course of 4 years, 18,000 square feet of building 2 was built-out to keep up with the demand for the program.

In phase 1 of the build out, the following was completed:

• Construction of (6) classrooms.
• (2) Play areas including a painted balance bike and scooter racetrack.

In phase 2 of the build out, the following was completed:

• Construction of (5) additional classrooms.
• Installation of a 1,650 square feet indoor play area with wall to wall shock absorbing rubberized flooring.
• Installation of a 1,000+ square yard synthetic turf play area at exterior.
• Installation of (2) jungle gyms at exterior.
• Installation of a 1,400+ square feet of balance bike and scooter racetrack at exterior.
